IOTA

IOTA (MIOTA) is a distributed ledger technology designed for the Internet of Things (IoT), utilizing a DAG-based protocol called the Tangle rather than a traditional blockchain. Launched in 2015, IOTA aims to enable feeless, fast, and scalable transactions between devices and applications, making it suitable for micropayments, data transfer, and machine-to-machine (M2M) interactions.
